Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of job related phlebotomy experience.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily phlebotomy workflow, staffing and scheduling with emphasis on timely rounds and specimen transport.
• Monitor safety, PPE compliance and quality metrics; support performance evaluations.
• Oversee training and competency programs with Phlebotomy Educator and Preceptors.
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership, nursing and other departments to improve operations.
