ImpactLife is seeking a Charge/Lead role in Missouri to oversee blood collection operations, supervise staff, and manage donor services across drives and centers. The position requires coordinating donor registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy, with occasional driving of fleet vehicles.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and leadership experience, a stable work history, and the ability to train away from home for up to two weeks. Varied hours including weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and staff at assigned drive or center.
• Manage donor registration, screening, physical, and phlebotomy processes.
• Drive fleet vehicles when needed (box trucks).
