Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical or computer engineering.
• 7+ years of leading design or architecture of new/existing systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on tight deadlines.
• Experience with phased array design principles like beamforming, steering, and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the architectural vision for phased array antenna systems aligned with performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
• Serve as the technical authority on phased array systems and contribute to long-term technology roadmaps.
• Drive system-level design and optimization across RF, digital, and hardware teams.
• Oversee system integration between phased array systems, RF front-ends, and digital beamforming architectures.
• Guide cross-functional teams to meet performance, power, and thermal targets.
• Collaborate with product management and operations to align architectural decisions with business goals.
• Set direction for manufacturability and testability for high-volume production.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to foster technical excellence.
