Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services, part of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to guide order fulfillment and manage workload distribution. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and leadership in a fast-paced specialty setting.

Based in Indiana, you will coordinate daily workflow, support Lean initiatives, train staff, and ensure high-quality service to patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Indiana pharmacy technician license required.
• 6+ months of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Basic math and computer skills (MS Office) needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide order fulfillment and workload distribution among pharmacy technicians.
• Coordinate and monitor daily workflow; step in to assist lead technicians.
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts within the department.
• Support and train new staff and identify retraining needs.
• Understand and help manage inventory processes (cycle counts, new drug additions).
