Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician certifications required at hire.
• Supervise technicians in IV room when applicable.
• Ability to follow aseptic techniques per USP 797.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medications, fill labels and deliver to units.
• Prepare/compound IV solutions and aseptically handle supplies.
• Oversee technicians in IV room and ensure pharmacist checks.
• Maintain documentation and reports, including recalls and inventories.
• Coordinate training and support annual evaluations.
