Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services under The Cigna Group, seeks a Lead Pharmacy Technician to supervise order fulfillment and workflow. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring accurate distribution of workload while maintaining quality.

You'll work Monday-Friday 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM EST with potential shift differential; benefits start day one and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Indiana.
• 6+ months of leadership experience.
• Proficient with math and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate peak volumes.

Responsibilities

• Advise pharmacy technicians on order fulfillment and related activities.
• Lead workload distribution and monitor workflow for timely, accurate completion.
• Coordinate and monitor daily workflow; assist lead technicians.
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives within and beyond the department.
• Train new employees and identify retraining needs.
