Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services, part of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our Orlando, FL location. The role involves processing and dispensing specialty prescriptions, collaborating with pharmacists and team members to ensure timely delivery to patients.

The position requires a Florida-licensed Pharmacy Technician, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to work a night shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active Florida Board of Pharmacy Certified Technician License required.
• Basic math skills and general PC knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times.
• Willingness to learn internal systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for new and refill prescriptions.
• Select and retrieve medications and prepare labels.
• Verify quantities and prepare packaging materials for shipment.
• Assist pharmacists with deliveries, inventory control, and other duties.
• Support the pharmacy's quality goals and procedures.

Education
