Dragonfly Health is seeking a Distribution Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy distribution operations, lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, DEA requirements, and accreditation standards. Qualifikationen

• BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Active pharmacist license in home state; ability to obtain other licenses.
• 3+ years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading pharmacy teams and overseeing medication receiving, inventory, and controlled substance handling.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, DEA requirements, accreditation standards, medication safety, and recordkeeping.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily pharmacy distribution operations, including receiving, pre-packaging, fulfillment, returns, and undeliverable processing.
• Lead pharmacists, supervisors, and staff through hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, conduct quality reviews and audits, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards.
• Monitor productivity, quality, service levels, and labor utilization; coordinate staffing and resources with Operations leadership.
• Ensure safe medication receipt, storage, inventory management, and disposition, including controlled substance handling and signers designation.
• Investigate operational incidents, medication errors, inventory discrepancies, and compliance concerns; implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Pharmacy, Operations, Quality, and Compliance teams to improve performance; serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge backup as needed.
