Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Site Manager to lead one or more locations, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless delivery, service, and pick-up of durable medical equipment. You will recruit and coach staff, manage inventory and compliance, and foster strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, on-call coverage, and a focus on delivering quality patient care within a dynamic, agile team. Relevant healthcare/DME experience is preferred, with a current U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations or teams, with 1–2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Knowledge of P&L management and healthcare or DME is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues with care.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Proactive problem-solving and initiative to improve processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/ERP tools.
• Awareness of safety, HIPAA and OSHA guidelines in daily work.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment; on-call coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at one or more locations, ensuring service excellence.
• Monitor staffing, labor costs and inventory to meet budgetary targets.
• Recruit, train and coach warehouse and delivery staff to achieve results.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise deliveries, supervise inventory control and equipment handling.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and aim for operational efficiency.
