Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Buffalo, NY seeks a Pharmacy Adjudication Supervisor to lead the claims adjudication team in our specialty oncology program. The role ensures accuracy, resolves third-party rejections, and coordinates benefits to prevent delays in medication delivery.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at $60k, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires before Oct 31, 2026, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; pharmacy or billing experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus.
• 4+ years in pharmacy adjudication or related field with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise adjudication staff to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of third-party rejections.
• Oversee workflow for adjudication across primary, secondary, and tertiary plans.
• Coordinate benefits and contact insurers to resolve claim issues and delays.
• Provide guidance to staff and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
