RPh on the Go USA, Inc. in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead operations at its new Las Vegas location.

You will build a team, establish compliant processes, and help support future growth, with responsibility for daily sterile compounding, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree.
• Active Nevada and California pharmacist licenses or CA license in progress.
• Sterile compounding experience preferred; PIC/management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sterile compounding operations and pharmacy workflow.
• Ensure compliance with USP 797/800, FDA, and state regulations.
• Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff.
• Oversee quality assurance, SOPs, environmental monitoring, and documentation.
• Manage inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Support multi-state licensing and future expansion.
