Job summary

The Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Operations Manager role is based in Las Vegas, NV, onsite, overseeing a new 503A compounding pharmacy. This hands-on leadership position drives the launch and long-term operations, including sterile compounding, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has Sterile compounding leadership experience and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS degree from ACPE-accredited program.
• Active Nevada Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain) before PIC duties.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience with leadership.
• At least 2 years in Pharmacy Manager, PIC, or related role.
• Hands-on sterile compounding experience in a 503A setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and Managing Pharmacist for the Las Vegas location.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations: prescription processing, sterile/non-sterile compounding, verification, dispensing, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Establish efficient workflows and operational processes to support growth.
• Monitor KPIs, staffing, and productivity to drive continuous improvement.
