Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Pharmacy Leader for the Specialty Pharmacy program. The role provides clinical oversight, operational leadership, and staff management to ensure optimal patient care, proper drug selection, dosing, and cost effectiveness within the specialty channel.

The successful candidate will lead program development, collaborate with pharmacists and technicians, and maintain regulatory adherence and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of a pharmacy residency program.
• SC Pharmacist License
• Current BLS Certification
• CSP Certification (preferred but not required)
• Education: PharmD and residency or 2+ years as registered pharmacist with leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, operational leadership, and staff management within the specialty pharmacy program.
• Collaborate with specialty pharmacists and technicians to ensure optimal patient care and cost effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate pharmacy programs and enhance service quality in specialty pharmacy.
