Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) seeks an experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge to lead inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical programs within a specialty area. Under the general guidance of the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, you will ensure optimal drug therapy, oversee safety and compliance, collaborate with care teams, and supervise pharmacy personnel.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required or equivalent.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency program or 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Current SC Pharmacist license and BLS certification within 90 days of start.

• Develop and coordinate pharmacy programs and improve services.
• Oversee and monitor clinical and operational initiatives; ensure regulations and accreditation standards.
