Job summary

Nashville Pharmacy Services LLC is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide clinical, operational, and regulatory dispensing support. The role reports to the Pharmacist-in-Charge and includes specialty care planning, medication reconciliation, and patient education to ensure safe, effective therapy.

You will collaborate with care teams, ensure HIPAA and USP compliance, and support 340B programs while serving diverse patient populations, including LGBTQ+ and HIV care communities.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited school.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence.
• Experience with dispensary software and HIPAA/EHR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations (DEA, USP, HIPAA).
• Oversee daily dispensing operations, staff scheduling, and inventory.
• Provide comprehensive patient medication counseling and disease education.
• Coordinate with prescribers and care teams for treatment plans and interventions.
• Perform medication reconciliations and therapy monitoring.
• Document care plans and outcomes for 180-day follow-ups.
