Responsibilities

• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and in compliance with regulations and company policies
• Oversee pharmacy operations, scheduling, and staff performance; ensure Good Faith practices and regulatory compliance
• Maintain pharmacy IT systems knowledge, inventory management, and coordination with centralized support
• Support relationships with local medical community and drive growth opportunities
• Analyze pharmacy financials, inventory, and customer service metrics to identify improvements
