• Attend and counsel patients with empathy; ensure patient safety.
• Oversee pharmacy team during bench shifts and coach staff.
• Ensure compliant dispensing and documentation per regulations.
• Manage inventory and maintain cold-chain integrity.
• Onboard technicians and pharmacists to store workflow and training requirements.
