Qualifications

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in staff pharmacy operations with regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and oversee pharmacy team during shifts.
• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Engage with patients to provide counseling and immunization services where permissible.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and CVS Health policies.
