Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations and ensure compliant dispensing and patient care.
• Coach and develop the pharmacy team, including onboarding and training.
• Oversee inventory management and safe handling of medications and immunizations as applicable.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements and CVS Health policies are followed.
• Provide exceptional patient counseling and support to resolve issues.
• Maintain scheduling, performance reviews, and a culture of safety and inclusion.
