Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy is hiring a licensed pharmacist to fill prescriptions accurately and provide patient-focused care. You will mentor technicians and ensure compliance with policies and laws, while maintaining strong relationships with patients and team members.

In this role you may oversee operations when the pharmacist in charge is unavailable, and you will participate in clinical services such as immunizations where allowed. A PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Licensed pharmacist in the state of practice.
• Immunization certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Oversee operations in the pharmacist's absence.
