Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a growing non-sterile compounding mail-order pharmacy in the Greater Phoenix area. This is a hands-on, full-time role with strong preference for pharmacists holding multiple state licenses.

The PIC will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and manage mail-order workflows. AZ licensure is required; additional licenses in CA, TX, NV, UT, OR, WA, CO, NM are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• AZ license required.
• 3–5 years of pharmacy experience.
• PioneerRx experience preferred.
