Tarrytown Expocare CT, LLC in Rocky Hill, CT seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead our LTC pharmacy serving the IDD community nationwide. You will report to the Regional Operations Director and supervise pharmacists, technicians, and the distribution team.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, staff education, licensure maintenance, and responsive interaction with state boards. A strong customer service orientation and KPI-driven leadership are essential.

Formación

• CT State Board of Pharmacy license required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy practice with management in long-term care.
• Minimum 2 years of PIC/pharmacy management experience.
• Experience maintaining regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and drive KPI achievement.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the pharmacy team including pharmacists, technicians, and a distribution team.
• Oversee workflows for order entry, initial review, and daily/cycle-fill production.
• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate with leadership to address them.
• Educate staff on regulatory issues, recalls, and compliance.
• Maintain licenses and registrations as required by the state.
• Respond to board inquiries and regulatory surveys.
• Uphold policies protecting patient privacy and data confidentiality.
• Perform duties with a friendly, team-oriented approach.
