Qualifications

• Spanish-English bilingual required.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing in Nevada.
• Eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge under state law.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge registered with State Board of Pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with State Board, DEA, FDA, and CMS regulations.
• Oversee controlled substance management and diversion programs.
• Supervise pharmacists, interns, and technicians; provide guidance and coaching.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
