Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Pharmacist.
- Must conduct Comprehensive Medication Reviews and MTM activities.
- Must know how to operate, train and grow HomeTown’s medication synchronization program.
- Must be certified to provide immunizations.
- Responsible for hiring/termination of pharmacy team and co-management with Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead the pharmacy team and co-manage operations with the Operations Manager.
- Set and meet goals for store success and culture.
- Oversee training of pharmacy technicians and perform annual performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory, vendor returns, interstore transfers and expiries.
- Respond to after-hours calls and participate in store events and activities.
- Maintain a friendly, caring, safe environment for customers and teammates.
