Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of a pharmacy residency program or 2 years of work experience as a registered pharmacist.
• SC Pharmacist License is required; BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical pharmacy leadership within the specialty area.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal drug therapy and cost effectiveness.
