Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading laboratory construction or renovation projects in pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of GLP/GMP, validation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of pharmaceutical lab construction projects from concept to handover.
• Develop engineering strategies to optimize processes, compliance and operations in labs.
• Supervise engineers, associates, and technicians on lab projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into project specs.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement for lab construction.
• Ensure all activities meet cGMP, GLP and safety standards.
