ECHO Consulting Group in Puerto Rico seeks an on-site engineer to independently characterize and optimize processes in operations, manufacturing, pilot plant or capital projects. You will apply advanced engineering principles to design and implement major system modifications and present results for complex issues.

The role involves developing solutions with other departments, supervising a small team, and ensuring schedule, budget and quality constraints are met while advancing equipment

Formación

• Pharma/Biotech manufacturing knowledge required.
• Experience in engineering design, maintenance and project execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Complete complex assignments requiring new engineering techniques.
• Develop policies and procedures impacting multiple units.
• Supervise and review work of engineers and technicians.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques within specialty.
• Coordinate with related disciplines to scope modifications.
• Serve as SME for a design/maintenance area and determine methodologies.
• Plan and conduct projects with mature engineering knowledge.
