Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Doctorate or a Masters with 2 years of experience (or a Bachelors with 4 years) in Engineering, with strong knowledge of pharma/biotech

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate, or Masters + 2 years in Engineering, or Bachelors + 4 years in Engineering required.
• Experience preferred in regulated pharma/biotech manufacturing environments for technical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide/directed characterization of process optimization strategies and troubleshooting in operations/manufacturing/pilot plant/capital projects.
• Develop and present results interpretation for complex operational issues or projects.
• Design engineering: develop technical solutions for complex problems and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Supervise and review work of engineers/technicians on projects.
• Coordinate consultants/architects/engineering firms for standard design documents.
