Qualifikationen

• High school or GED required.
• AMA/JRCERT Accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• 5 years PET/CT and/or Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.
• 1 year lead experience preferred.
• Maryland Nuclear Medicine Technologist license.
• ARRT (CT)(N) or NMTCB (CNMT).
• BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Performs PET/CT examinations per radiologists' protocols.
• Maintains radiation safety and participates in safety committee meetings.
• Identifies patients, reviews orders, selects scanning protocols.
• Maximizes patient throughput and supports team workflow.
• Develops policies and protocols with leadership and radiologists.
• Maintains NRC/State licenses and accreditation requirements.
• Conducts quarterly modality meetings and NB/ACC/WOPET visits.
