Job summary

Summit Health Management is seeking a PET/CT Technologist / Nuclear Medicine Technologist for our Imaging department. The role involves preparing radiopharmaceuticals, measuring isotope concentrations, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality diagnostic images.

The position requires ARRT/Nuclear Medicine certification, NJ radiography license, CPR, and the ability to travel to satellite offices. Schedule is typical weekday hours with a sign-on bonus referenced in the posting.

Qualifications

• Prepares and injects radiopharmaceuticals per NRC/NJ regulations.
• Measures concentrations of radioactive isotope for diagnosis.
• Communicates with patients and physicians; explains procedures.
• Maintains safety procedures and quality control per NRC and NJ guidelines.
• Willingness to travel to satellite offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily quality control on PET/CT equipment and imaging protocols.
• Maintains PET/CT scanner; performs routine maintenance as required.
• Produces quality diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Provides timely reports to physicians for review and interpretation.
