Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta seeks an experienced Radiology Technologist to lead daily PET and CT modality activities. You will serve as a resource for radiologists, staff and referring physicians, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. The role requires ARRT or NMTCB CT certification, BLS, and at least two years in a specialty area.

Qualifications

• Registered Radiological Technological (RT or RTT).
• Two years of experience in Specialty Area.
• Advanced certification in Computed Tomography with ARRT or NMTCB.
• Certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

• Acts as a resource for radiologists, radiology staff and other departments.
• Works with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

RADIOLOGY:

Leads the daily activities of assigned Modality (PET and CT). Acts as a resource concerning specialty area for the radiologists, radiology staff and other departments. Acts as a liaison between their department and referring physician's offices. Works with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

• 1. Registered Radiological Technological (RT or RTT)
• 2. Two (2) years of experience in Specialty Area.
• 3. Advanced certification in Computed Tomography with ARRT or NMTCB.
• 4. Must hold Certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

PREFERRED:

• 1. Two years of supervisory experience.
