Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technologist specializing in CT/PET to lead daily modality activities and support radiologists. The role requires RT/RTT registration, ARRT/NMTCB CT certification, and BLS.

The candidate will work with pediatric to geriatric patients, coordinate with referring physicians, and may have supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RT/RTT registration is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in CT specialty.
• Advanced CT certification required (ARRT or NMTCB).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the daily activities of the assigned Modality (PET and CT).
• Acts as a resource concerning the specialty area for radiologists and staff.
• Serves as liaison between the department and referring physician offices.
• Works with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Registered Radiological Technologist (RT or RTT)

Advanced CT certification (ARRT or NMTCB)

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Leads the daily activities of assigned Modality (PET and CT). Acts as a resource concerning specialty area for the radiologists, radiology staff and other departments. Acts as a liaison between their department and referring physician's offices. Works with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

1. 1. Registered Radiological Technological (RT or RTT)
2. 2. Two (2) years of experience in Specialty Area.
3. 3. Advanced certification in Computed Tomography with ARRT or NMTCB.
4. 4. Must hold Certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

PREFERRED:

1. 1. Two years of supervisory experience.
