Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. in Alpharetta, Georgia is actively seeking a Registered Radiological Technologist. This role involves leading daily activities in various modalities, serving as a resource for staff, and supporting pediatric to geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have two years of specialized experience and certification in BLS. Preferred applicants will possess supervisory experience. Work hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Qualifications

Two (2) years of experience in Specialty Area.
Preferred: Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Leads daily activities of assigned Modality (MRI, CT, US, or IR).
Acts as a resource for radiologists and radiology staff.
Works with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Skills

Registered Radiological Technologist (RT or RTT)

Certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

RADIOLOGY:

Leads the daily activities of assigned Modality (MRI, CT, US, or IR). Acts as a resource concerning specialty area for the radiologists, radiology staff and other departments. Acts as a liaison between their department and referring physician’s offices. Works with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

CANCER CENTER – RADIATION ONCOLOGY:

Leads the daily activity of the CT scanner(s). Acts as a resource concerning the CT process for the Physicians, Radiation Therapists and other department staff.
