Job summary

Carbon Performance is seeking a Personal Training Supervisor who will coach clients, drive sales, and build a high-performing team of trainers. This leadership role blends hands-on coaching with strategic growth to deliver world-class results and a culture of accountability.

You'll mentor trainers, manage consultations and packages, track KPIs, and ensure exceptional member experiences while pursuing expansion into multi-location leadership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with proven sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients with excellence and deliver high-quality training.
• Lead trainers, ensure sessions and client experiences meet Carbon’s standards.
• Drive sales through consultations and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs: retention, revenue, trainer productivity.
• Enhance member experience with proactive service.
• Keep certifications current and develop the team.
