Job summary

Sam's Club in Columbia, MO is seeking a leader to supervise associates, assist with daily operations, and uphold safety and policy standards. You will support Club Pickup, Ship From Club, and ecommerce workflows while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to Open Door policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction.
• Support the Open Door Policy and help with recruiting, hiring, scheduling and coaching.
• Oversee Club Pickup and Ship From Club ecommerce operations, resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies, perform safety sweeps, and manage hazardous materials handling as required.
• Provide member service assistance, help customers with self-service technology, and promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation, handle claims/returns, and price items per policy.
• Monitor and improve Club Pickup KPI and staffing to ensure proper coverage and process efficiency.
• Model ethical standards and support a culture of belonging, teamwork, and integrity.
