Thomas J. Henry Law seeks an Attorney Manager II to lead a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and staff across Texas locations, including San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Dallas, and Houston.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, deep personal injury trial experience, and overseeing every stage of case development from intake to trial. A competitive base salary is offered with a substantial performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar license required, Active Texas Bar license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and staff.
• Oversee case development from intake through trial in line with firm standards.
• Supervise discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate client meetings and strategy.
