Job summary

Lowe Law Group seeks a Trial Attorney to take first-chair responsibility for 30–50 personal injury cases each year, with firm backing to try them and a focus on verdicts over settlements.

Candidates must have at least three years of personal injury litigation experience, have led at least five jury trials, and be licensed to practice law in at least one state; willingness to travel across jurisdictions is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal injury litigator.
• Led at least 5 jury trials as lead chair.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• Willing to travel across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform lead counsel litigation duties on 30–50 personal injury cases annually.
• Maximize trial opportunities with an expectation of 6–8 jury trial verdicts a year.
• Obtain a final resolution, either verdict or strong settlement result, on at least two cases a month.
• Bolster the reputation of Lowe Law Group as a hard driving, non-yielding force that only accepts exceptional settlements for its clients.
