Best & Associates seeks a Personal Injury attorney to join our team. You will manage an established docket of approximately 100 personal injury cases, with some trials, handling filing, discovery, mediation, and trial.
The firm offers base salary with monthly performance bonuses, trial bonuses, growth potential, 401k and health benefits. A dedicated team of two full-time legal assistants will support you and help you run your own show.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have litigation experience and be seeking to expand first chair jury trial exposure.
Responsibilities
- Handle a docket of approximately 100 personal injury cases from filing through discovery, mediation, and trial.
- Manage all aspects of each case with support from two full-time legal assistants.
- Contribute to firm growth and client service with an excellent reputation built over 30 years.
