Confidential Employer. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to lead our pre-litigation team and manage a dynamic caseload from intake through settlement.

This role requires a California Bar licensed attorney with 4+ years in personal injury and proven leadership of a legal team, plus strong negotiation and case-management skills. Hybrid in-office collaboration and client-focused service are emphasized.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years of personal injury law experience, with substantial pre-litigation experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience managing legal staff or a pre-litigation team.
• Strong demand preparation, case evaluation, and settlement negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while effectively leading a team.
• Excellent legal writing, organization, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement and resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and support case managers, legal assistants, demand writers, and negotiators.
• Develop effective case strategies and evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate demand packages, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Oversee daily case operations, monitor deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
• Conduct case reviews and improve workflows to maximize efficiency and client outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and compassionate legal guidance.
• Collaborate with our legal team to pursue favorable settlements and resolve cases efficiently.
