Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network in Western Pennsylvania seeks Personal Care Aides across multiple communities. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual shifts with hourly, non-exempt pay starting at $13.73 and up to $20.75 depending on community, experience, program, and shift.

Qualifications

  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire.
  • Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and toileting, to ensure good hygiene and self-esteem.
  • Assist with meals or monitor eating and accompany residents to activities.
  • Assist with admission, discharges and transfers to promote continuity of care.

The Personal Care Aide (PCA) assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and toileting, to ensure good hygiene, grooming and self-esteem, serves meals or monitors eating/drinking, accompanies residents to various activities, assists with admission, discharges and transfers of residents to promote continuity of care.
