Presbyterian SeniorCare Network seeks a Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech at Cumberland Crossing Manor in McCandless, PA. This full-time evening shift (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) pays $16.74–$22.75 per hour, with a potential sign-on bonus up to $500, and includes comprehensive benefits.

You will support residents with ADLs, master Medication Administration cycles, and help run the daily operations with person-centered, quality care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
• Must be 18+ years old and have two years of Personal Care experience.
• Certification in Medication Administration with insulin administration documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily community operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medication Administration Cycle.
• Support care plans and person-centered, quality care.
