Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech for Cumberland Crossing Manor in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. This on-site role offers full-time, part-time, and casual schedules with hourly, non-exempt pay.

Starting pay ranges from $16.74 to $21.75 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus up to $500 depending on experience. As a PCA/Med Tech you will assist residents with daily living activities while meeting physical, mental, and psychosocial needs to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or active PA Nurse Aide registry.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with residents and team members.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
• Med Techs must provide documentation for Medication Administration certification.

Requirements for the Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer's) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
• Med Techs must be able to produce all documentation to prove received certificate in Medication Administration, including observation and insulin administration.
