Presbyterian SeniorCare Network's Cumberland Crossing Manor in the North Hills of Pittsburgh is seeking a Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech for full-time evening shifts (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.). This role provides ADL assistance and Medication Administration support in an assisted living setting, ensuring resident-centered, quality care.

Starting pay ranges from $16.74 to $22.75 per hour based on experience, with up to a $500 sign-on bonus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry status.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of Personal Care experience.
• Must have Medication Administration certificate including insulin administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate teamwork and ability to communicate with residents and families.
• One year of memory care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

McCandless, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week

Starting Pay: $16.74/hour - $22.75/hour; Depending on experience + up to a $500 sign-on bonus

The Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS), demonstrates knowledge of the Medication Administration Cycle, and assists with daily operational needs of the community to help ensure individualized, person centered, and quality care.

Requirements For The Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Two years of Personal Care experience.
• Must be able to produce all documentation to prove received certificate in Medication Administration, including observation and insulin administration.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with residents, resident families, and team members.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others.
• One year Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer's) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
