Starting pay ranges from $16.74 to $21.75 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $500, and opportunities across full-time, part-time, or casual schedules. Ideal candidates have high school diploma or PA Nurse Aide registry, strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for elder care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or active registry status on the PA Nurse Aide registry.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
