Job summary

Qualifications

• CA licensure as CNA or HHA (or equivalent).
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Experience with entering data in EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to participants per protocol.
• Communicate needs to LVN and supervising RN.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain clean, orderly patient areas and assist with meals.
• Document treatments and observations in the chart.
