Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Production Leader to coordinate daily production activities at our Holly Springs plant in North Carolina. You will promote safety, drive operational excellence, monitor equipment, and help schedule work to meet production goals.

In this role you will lead and support team members, conduct inspections, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across teams to solve problems while upholding safety and quality standards.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
