• Nuchal translucency certification; experience with computer systems (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to lead small projects.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, scheduling assignments, and coordinates daily work of staff sonographers.
• Oversees timeliness of patient schedules and department huddles.
• Participates in accreditation readiness (AIUM, Joint Commission).
• Develops quality control procedures and trains staff on equipment use.
• Trains staff on new equipment and provides instruction to students.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues with service engineers/vendors.
• Oversees patient flow between ultrasound unit and clinic.
