Imaginuity is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to translate client objectives into integrated paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels. You will own campaign performance, client communications, and revenue growth, reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager.
Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in paid media, with hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. You will partner with clients and internal teams to plan, buy, execute, and optimize campaigns
The Performance Marketing Lead drives paid media strategy, translating client objectives into integrated, performance-focused campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to lead media planning, buying, execution, and optimization—while identifying growth opportunities through expanded investment, new channels, and additional services across multi-location and franchise accounts in the home services and fitness industries.
Ideal for a mid-level media professional, this position offers ownership of campaign performance, client communication, and revenue growth. This role reports to the Performance Marketing Manager.
