Job summary

Themesoft Inc invites an experienced Lead Performance Engineer to design, implement, and oversee performance testing across enterprise and cloud apps. You will lead scripting in JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, Gatling, and modern APM tools while coordinating with Dev, QA, and DevOps to ensure scalable, reliable software.

You will develop automated test suites for Next.js front-ends, perform API and backend testing, and contribute to CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Performance Engineering and testing strategy.
Hands-on with Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, Gatling, DataDog, and Dynatrace.
Design and execute performance tests for API, Web, and backend systems.

Responsibilities

Triages network and AWS infra performance as part of test cycles.
Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts for web, API, and microservices.
Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
Develop automated test suites for Next.js applications including unit, integration, and E2E tests.
Perform API performance testing (REST/JSON, SOAP) and integrate with automation frameworks.
Analyze results to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
Monitor CPU, memory, GC, I/O, and network during tests.
Collaborate with DevOps to optimize apps and infra; integrate tests into CI/CD.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Continuously improve testing frameworks, tools, and practices.
