Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology is seeking an experienced Performance Engineer to design, implement and maintain a scalable performance testing framework for web, API and backend services. You will work hands-on with Apache JMeter, API automation, and collaborate with DevOps to optimize infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Triaging experience on network and AWS infra systems is required.
• Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter or similar tools for web, API, and backend systems.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for applications and microservices.
• Design and deployment of performance test framework.
• Experience with API automation and performance testing (REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, XML.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor system performance metrics (CPU, memory, GC, I/O, network) during test execution.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize application and infrastructure performance.

• Triaging Exp on network and AWS infra systems is required
• Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter or similar tools for web, API, and backend systems
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for applications and microservices
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Next.js applications, covering unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Perform API performance testing (REST/JSON, SOAP) and integrate with automation frameworks
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations
• Monitor system performance metrics (CPU, memory, GC, I/O, network) during test execution
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize application and infrastructure performance
